Kelly is a very knowledgeable agent. She was able to answer any questions I had immediately and was always on top of her work. She would make herself available as soon as possible to show me homes I was interested in even though I lived out of Bexar County. She had my best interest and always kept me in the loop w/negotiations. I highly recommend Kelly as your next real estate agent!

I first contacted Kelly a few months before we moved to San Antonio to buy a house. She responded immediately and was very attentive to what we were looking for. We had a few questions about the process and she promptly directed us to a broker. After speaking with him, we learned it would be more advantageous for us to rent a few years before buying since we were going to be new to the area. Once I told her we decided to rent, she was still 100% on board with helping us to find a home. She kept up with multiple e-mails of questions and desires and she was ready for us when we arrived in San Antonio. We had a very small time frame to find a place, as we moved for the military, and she found us a home on Day 1 of searching! She was diligent in contacting and scheduling with the landlord, as well as keeping an eye out for any possible scams we could have run into. She treated our money like it was her own. She was also incredibly personable. She allowed us to bring our dog around with us since we didn't have anywhere to keep him, played with out 5 month old, and even offered furniture and pots and pans to us while we wait for our belongings to be shipped to us. We plan on buying a home in the near future and, without a doubt, will be reaching back out to Kelly when that time comes. We couldn't have asked for a more welcoming experience to Texas.

Our sale required Kelly to work with 5 siblings. She did an excellent job communicating and explaining to all what needed to be done. She worked with us to get the house ready for sale and gave us great ideas during the process. Ultimately the sales price she recommended was on the money and we sold our house quickly and without a hitch. We highly recommend Kelly to anyone looking to buy or sale a home. We spoke to several realtors and chose Kelly because she is very knowledgable and she knows the market. Great experience!
