About Kelly Arsenault

Born and raised in Kingston NH.  Sanborn  Regional Graduate (Balfour in Home Economics), Spent some time at a Liberal Arts College (Photography/Advertising). President and Founder of ( PRONE) - Papillon Rescue of the North East, a nonprofit, 501c3 that rescues small dogs and places them in forever homes.

When I was ready to work,  I joined my  Grandfather, Kenneth Reynolds in the family RV business where I learned to challenge myself, to grow and learn, to teach and serve others.  I learned more from him than any class could possible teach while I was there.

Later my  husband and I spent several years on our 53' boat at the Wentworth by the Sea Marina fishing for the great Blue fin tuna, making lifelong friends and enjoying the many ocean experiences from Maine to the Bahamas.

Having decided  we were ready to stay at home and settle...  we sold our boat and home in Hampstead NH and purchased a new home in Sandown NH. I went back to school and became a Certified Chiropractic Assistant and went to work with my husband, Brian ( Chiropractor).

Reality - I had always wanted to be a REALTOR, but never seemed to have the time. I went to school, studied hard, passed my exam in less than 1 hour and never looked back.

Me  in three words...  Compassionate, Honest and Grateful.

What people have said;

Karen Trabucco - [email protected] I've been fortunate to call Kelly one of my best friends for 28 years. The characteristics that make her such a valued friend carry over into her work as an agent. My husband and I hired Kelly as our realtor on several properties and she's done everything in her power to get them sold. In talking with Kelly, it's obvious that it's not just about the commission - she truly cares about her clients and strives to find them the perfect home, while professionally dealing with any obstacles along the way. She continues to broaden her knowledge through offered classes and she's often sought out to mentor new agents. I'm impressed by Kelly's dedication, as she heads out to meet clients at all hours and in all kinds of weather. I highly recommend Kelly as an agent not only for her knowledge and experience, but also the highly personal touch she provides. You won't be disappointed.

Steve Pascoe - [email protected] If you're looking for a loyal, highly dedicated realtor to help you buy or sell a home, Kelly Arsenault should be your choice. She has helped me on many real estate transactions and always performs flawlessly.

  • Jennifer, Fremont, NH·         got a surprise visit from our real-estate agent today Kelly Arsenault and got some wonderful goodies for the dogs AND humans as a house warming gift. If anyone doesnt know, she is a TERRIFIC agent and we would recommend her to anyone looking...she was wonderful to work with on our "hope cottage" purchase!

oh, and she does papillon and pomeranian rescue too....shes just really THAT awesome!

Frank & Cindi - Raymond - Kelly was very responsive to our questions (whether by phone or e-mail). This was especially important since we were out-of-state much of the time and the seller wanted to close in just five weeks. Kelly's knowledge, expertise, and professionalism set her apart from other real estate agents we have worked with in the past (we have sold four homes and purchased five). We would highly recommend Kelly to friends and family.

Find Your Next Home
You need someone who knows this area inside and out! I can work with you to find the right home at the right price for you, including all the neighborhood amenities that matter - not to mention the essential criteria you have for your ideal home

Sell a Home
When it's time to move, you need someone who will advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. I can take care of everything you need, from start to close.

Consult on Home Selling Tactics
Oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.
