Kelly did an amazing job helping my husband and myself relocate from Florida to Texas in 2020. His knowledge was impeccable! Kelly Bills is simply the best in the business. Not only with respect to my "first time home buyer" brain not knowing how everything works, but helping me navigate the VA process and making recommendations ahead of time to ensure it all goes through smoothly. This guy will not only find you exactly what you are looking for at the right value ..but will also put a thousand smiles on your face in the process. It also doesn't stop there, Kelly went above and beyond helping me by providing his preferred contractors and/or handy man when needed, even to this day... 10+ years later. Need new paint.. or the kids put a whole in the wall?.. call this person. Need some landscaping or a new fence?.. no problem, call this person. Kelly is THE MAN for all of your buying and selling needs. Willing to give it to you straight on a place you're looking to buy, "this place is gonna need some work, not sure if it's worth anywhere near what they're asking" and he'll be honest and forthright about what to expect from selling. We have have 5 deals with him on both sides of the closing table and we wouldn't have wanted anyone else in our corner. He's responsive, easy to get along with, blunt and honest.
