I have bought/sold many homes over my life and I can honestly say that Kelly was the first agent that really helped negotiated the deal as opposed to someone just there to facilitate paperwork. We are out of state purchasers and she made the process as easy as it could be. Her knowledge of the Nashville area was very helpful in where to focus our search. She was always there to answer our concerns, arrange for inspections, etc. Kell sells TN!
