He has a mortgage background and can help you see the full scope of that, too.It was clear I could ask any questions I needed to and he always had time to answer them. Ken makes you feel like you’re (somehow) his only client–that’s how willing he is to answer questions. I always felt well-informed about where I was in homebuying and what was coming next. Ken is an incredibly professional and ethical Realtor. He made the process straight forward and was always fast to respond to my questions or concerns. This was my first purchase and Ken always took the time to explain things in detail for me to understand. I had my concerns about the process of getting a loan and buying a place, but with Ken's advice the process was straight forward and simple. The depth of initial up-front consultation, help with the pre-approval process and then shopping for me when it came down to securing the best possible rate was amazing.
