My wife and I engaged Ken in December-2018 when looking for a condo in Dunedin. Could to have been more pleased. Ken is top-shelf, no dust: prompt, knowledgeable, responsive, detail-oriented, very personable, genuine, and not at all pushy. Ken helped me sell my first home. The experience was perfect. I had to be out of state during the sale, and Ken was able manage the entire process for me remotely.A combination of his expert advice, his keen analysis of the market, and guidance while receiving multiple offers led to our home selling for a price above my highest expectations.I could not have imagined the process of selling my first home to go as smoothly and as well as it did. My husband and I were looking for a house in Florida when my sister-in-law sent us a listing from Zillow. Ken was the Real Estate Agent for the property. We contacted him for information about the property and he was very helpful and informative. He made an appointment for my sister-in-law to look at the home because my husband and I live in NY. He showed her the home, gave her all the information and also took our email addresses so that he could provide additional information to us if needed. I contacted him on several occasions during the week with questions and he was very quick in responding. We spent many hours on the phone discussing the property, and mortgage options, he never tired of speaking with us. We flew to Florida to see the home ourselves and he was more than accommodating in getting us in on the spur of the moment to view the home. We fell in love with the property and went into contract that very same day. Being we were from out of state Ken helped us with everything we had to do as far as the inspection, mortgage, and setting up appointments in the few days that we were in Florida. We closed on the house April 30th and Ken was instrumental in helping us get through the process. It is a very different process in Florida then in New York. Ken is an honest and hard working guy. I would highly recommend him to family and friends. Excellent Job!!!!!!!

Ken Rossi represented the buy of our home, he was not our agent. Ken was wonderful to work with, he was always on top of the issues at hand. Ken maintained a balance between my Realtor and his buyer. He always over came any challenge with simple solutions, always making us feel extremely comfortable. We never felt he was on the opposite team, he always made us feel he was working for the best interest of both parties. At times there where some issues that we thought where going to be difficult to resolve, but thanks to Ken's willingness to get both parties together demonstrating the need for balance from both of us, therefore making those issues dissolve. We were referred to Ken from a friend in 2009 when we bought our home in Trinity. He stayed in touch for the 5 years we were stationed there in the Coast Guard and then listed our home in 2014 and sold it in 3 weeks! He is very professional and really knows the business. He hired a professional photographer who also took some aerial shots of our home that basically sold it (we were under contract before they even saw it). He also helped us in the staging process and gave us ideas on how to update our home to give us the best return on our investment. It was such a smooth transaction and he helped us every step of the way. I would recommend Ken to our closest friends and also family. He really is the best of the best and highly recommended!
