Why pay 6% or more to sell your home? When we list homes for sale, we charge 4% for boutique-level full service. And if we are the only brokerage involved in your transaction, and we don't need to pay another agent for bringing the buyer, we lower our fee to just 3%. Kevin & Lisa understood that I needed to sell my house quick as I was moving out of state. They had it under contract within the first 30 days!They kept me informed and were always willing to help including handling my dog if there was a showing and I couldn't be there. Very knowledgable about my neighborhood and being realistic about what I could expect. Iwould not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends.

Kevin and Lisa have a good eye for detail, are honest and have a great deal of experience in dealing with crazy sellers and the hiccups that can come up in the period between making an offer and closing on the deal. They also have a good network of reliable contacts in related fields (inspectors, handymen, etc.) they can refer you to.

Kevin and Lisa were great to work with on this deal. In the last three years, I have sold one property and purchased four. This deal was harder than most and they were extremely helpful and were able to navigate through several problems to a successful closer. I contacted kevin Cahill because a friend of mine recommended him. I can honestly say Kevin went above and beyond helping me find what I was looking for. If there was a property I was interested in, he would FaceTime me and show every detail and explain it to me. Unfortunately I didn't find what I was looking for but through no fault of kevin Cahill. I would recommend him 100 percent. He truly was a professional and very knowlegable.

Kevin has excellent negotiation skills and is always very polite and uses a very calm technique. They are both very accessible and will re-arrange their schedule when needed. I signed the Contract with them on a Friday afternoon and the listing was posted the next day. The price was set right to get a quick response and i got a contract the very next day.

Although we removed our listing to re-evaluate options, I am very pleased that we listed with Kevin and Lisa. I found them to be highly professional and extremely prompt in communications whether by email or text. I always heard back immediately. They were not high pressure and were completely respectful of my preferences, insights and objectives. They were always very cordial and friendly. I would highly recommend them!
