About Kevin & Lisa Cahill

Why pay 6% or more to sell your home?  When we list homes for sale, we charge 4% for boutique-level full service.  And if we are the only brokerage involved in your transaction, and we don't need to pay another agent for bringing the buyer, we lower our fee to just 3%.   This program has saved sellers over $1,000,000.00!

We also share our commission with buyers!  We credit 1/2 of 1% of the purchase price to buyers who work with us to buy their home.  So when you buy a $300,000 home, we credit you $1,500 at closing, which can be used for down-payment, or any of your closing costs!

Kevin Cahill is a licensed real estate broker in Florida, and has been a Realtor since 1999.

"See what past clients are saying about us!"

“Kevin and Lisa were great to work with in selling my home. Extremely responsive and always available to answer questions and they always kept me in the loop as to what was going on. In addition they ended up saving me over $10,000 over what other real estate agents charge (6% or 7%). Plus they did  a better job!“ Dan K, sold a home in St Petersburg for $567,000, saving over $11,000 in commissions.

"We fixed, cleaned and staged. They listened, priced perfectly, and marketed. Result: we got multiple offers and were under contract within a week. This was in a building where other units had been on and off the market for months!  Kevin and Lisa are true professionals. Easy to work with, incredibly responsive, and with their lower commission a tremendous value. We plan to use them again. Why go anywhere else!" Dan and Molly G, after selling a second condo, saving them over $3,600.

"Kevin and Lisa are the best realtors EVER!

They are fair and honest.  They answered each of our concerns.

They are professional and courteous.  There was no pressure to sign.

Knowing we live in another state was of no concern.  The property was sold within three days and brought more than our asking price.  This team is remarkable!"

Kathy B. and Dianne B, sisters who sold an inherited home in St. Pete, though they live in Tennessee, multiple offers, above asking price, and saved over $4,500.
