Kevin Burrus has gone above and beyond the duties of a "regular" realtor. Besides for the normal realtor business, he has help me with finding repair companies to fix minor issues and even went out to the home on my behalf to oversee the process. With me being located over 500 miles away this was a great help. He was even able to save me the trip for the closing by doing a remote closing. To me this is the things that you want in the realtor you choose. I was lucky enough to have him as my realtor and will definately recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.Thank you,BR

Kevin was the ideal Real Estate professional to handle the sale of my families' properties. His knowlege and expertise in knowing the trends in the markets was incredible! I ended up buying a short sale home from Kevin a few years back. It was a cash sale and all went through very fast. I was located in another State at the time. I have recommended him and will continue to recommend him in the future. What set him apart from others was when he helped us repair our garage door at this house with out charging us. He just dropped everything and went over and fixed it.

Our house was on the market with another broker with little results and little or no promotion or advertisement . We decided to switch to Kevin after recomendations from neighbors who dealt with him and his presentation at our house . He knew the local market and how to price our home to sell . There were some minor items to fix after the inspection and Kevin found a contracter to take care of them eliminating one less problem for us . I would highly recomend Kevin Burrus .
