Kim was amazing, she first helped us find a beautiful property to lease and then when we were ready to purchase a home, she helped us again. Kim helped my family buy one house and sell another, and both experiences were fantastic. She is super responsive, available night and day, knowledgeable, and patient. She did everything in her power to make both the buying and selling process as easy on us as possible, and her assistance in getting our house ready to sell was way beyond anything I would have expected or have experienced with previous agents. She gave us great advice after a storm damaged the house and even pointed us to a really great contractor to get it patched up and ready to sell. Our three-year-old also thinks she's great, so that goes a long way, too! I would recommend her without hesitation to anybody in the Dallas area looking to buy or sell a home.

I’m a student going to UTD Dallas. I have no idea where to look for houses; Dallas is huge! Kim took me all over the area to look for new build homes and I had a great time with her. She’s fun, friendly, and has a lot of local information. I look forward to buy another home with her.

We worked twice with Kim, once for buying and later on for selling a property. We were beyond satisfied both times. Kim is very professional and knowledgeable. She was easy to work with as she is very intuitive in her communication. She knew when to "push" us and knew when we needed space or time to work the process. She went above and beyond the job title and made sure to help us every step of the way. She provided support on every aspect of both the sell process and the buy process, when we needed it. She stayed on top of things and always kept us in the loop. She was always one phone call away, truly available and always positive.
