Kim Bergland was first introduced to the area in the early 1960’s when his parents bought an old New England farmhouse on 70 acres. He became a full time resident in the late ‘70s and has been a full time real estate agent since the early ‘90’s. He has had a continuing interest in the use of the land, through hands on experiences with agriculture, livestock raising, forestry and gardening. Currently he is a member of the Western Massachusetts Master Gardeners Association and an adviser to the Otis Community Garden.
