By way of background, my husband and I were first-time home buyers. We had no idea about the process whatsoever when we first started taking a look at homes, or what to expect throughout the process. Kim went above and beyond in educating us throughout the entire process and took the time to get to know us to be able to find homes that matched our buyer profile. She was patient and most importantly always available. We had an unbelievably negative experience with our initial lender and she came to the rescue and because of her we found a house we loved in the location we wanted and an up to par lender. What's more, months later, I contacted to her with questions and just like during the house hunting process she responded immediately.
