Kim is a awesome person with a caring ??. She is not pushy and will listen to you. Even when we are wrong. Durning our sell she keep in contact with us to make sure we where doing well. I have had the pleasure of knowing her for many years and would recommend Kim Ross to anyone. Sometimes we are lucky to know a person with heart, integrity, and knowledge. After having my property on the market for many years, Kim sold my property in 3 months! Plus in the middle of Covid-19! Horse properties are not the easiest to sell but Kim did a wonderful job highlighting all of my property's assets and having beautiful photography to show off all the special features. Even though Kim was not familiar with horses, she took the time to learn about the property so she could be knowledgable about selling it. Kim was helpful and honest with me about the need for a few upgrades that would make the property have more appeal, which I appreciated. I also appreciated her negotiating skills. I would highly recommend Kim to sell your property!

Kim helped us find just the right home in Payson one year ago. Her knowledge of the area, experience in the various communities and developments as well as her wealth of knowledge about the process made her an essential asset to our search and purchase. She spent at least 20 hours with us just looking at the many options and then working through the purchase process. She was honest and provided advice that very few realtors would because their broker's want them to get a deal done even if it is against what the buyer has specifically said. Having sold and purchased over 12 properties I have to say she is the best agent we have ever used. We will use her again and again.

As a prospective home buyer in Payson, I contacted Kim about 4 weeks ago and had a lengthy, detailed initial conversation with her. During that conversation she appeared to have the qualities described in the positive reviews on Zillow. She appeared to be enthusiastic about my home search and promised to get back to me by a specific date. Unfortunately she has never contacted me since our initial conversation. She did not respond to written messages. When I finally phoned her, she said she would get back to me but never did.I find her conduct insulting. If for whatever reason she did not want me as a client, the least she could have done was to inform me. If she was busy with other clients whom she regarded as a higher priority than me, all she had to do was tell me that she was too busy to devote as much time to my home search as she would have liked and I could then have decided whether or not to stay with her. In short, the glowing reviews on Zillow do not seem to be describing the same person as the one who behaved in an utterly unprofessional manner toward me. The time I spent speaking with her and attempting to communicate with her was completely wasted, and she set back my home search by a month. I do not usually write reviews, but thought her positive reviews on Zillow so misleading that a corrective was necessary. This is the last person I would go to for professional service.

Even though we didnt have an expensive piece of property to sell (a lot), Kim gave our sale the same as if it were an expensive home. After the first sale of the property didnt go through, she found another buyer quickly and we were able to close the second time. She treated us very fairly in the whole transaction.
