This lady is amazing! She made us feel like family. Always available and welling to fit our work and vacation schedules. Spending one to two days each weekend to help us look at all angles of each property. We always were provided with printed information at each location we visited. The information was reviewed and any questions answered.Nikki, is a very well informed on details for each phase of selling and purchasing a home and the process. With helpful tips and information making our house buying adventure an educational experience as well. Nikki was always respectful and curious making a difference my veteran husband. Knykoleta knows her stuff when it comes to real state. I trust her with getting the purchase done right the first time. I will use her again for purchasing and selling. She is the best professional realtor I have ever known. She explains details I didn’t know. She also under stood how important that property was to me.

You could not ask for a more professional and attentive RE broker. Followed up on every detail, I highly recommend! As a buyers broker, she assisted me from the beginning of my search thru the closing. Her recommendation of a great inspection service proved to be a great asset and a much better picture of my purchase, which was all accomplished virtually.

Ms. Colucci was amazing!!!! Super quick to respond extremely sweet and kind great listener. I love how helpful and patient she was with me and all my questions. You can tell she's a hard worker by how knowledgeable she was of the house and the area.
