This lady is amazing! She made us feel like family. Always available and welling to fit our work and vacation schedules. Spending one to two days each weekend to help us look at all angles of each property. We always were provided with printed information at each location we visited. The information was reviewed and any questions answered.Nikki, is a very well informed on details for each phase of selling and purchasing a home and the process. With helpful tips and information making our house buying adventure an educational experience as well. Nikki was always respectful and curious making a difference my veteran husband. If we would ever to sell or purchase another home Knykoleta "Nikki" would be our first call.Love this lady. ??

Knykoleta was professional and very negotiable of her job. Always kept me informed on the property I wanted. Also was willing to meet with me at the property. I got the property and was very happy. Ms. Colucci was amazing!!!! Super quick to respond extremely sweet and kind great listener. I love how helpful and patient she was with me and all my questions. You can tell she's a hard worker by how knowledgeable she was of the house and the area.

Awesome. Truly dedicated and helpful. Went out of her way for us and my family far beyond any expectations I’d ever had of a realtor. Treated us like family and took our concerns and issues as her own. She was with us and ontop of everything without missing a beat. You could not ask for a more professional and attentive RE broker. Followed up on every detail, I highly recommend! As a buyers broker, she assisted me from the beginning of my search thru the closing.
