About Kristen Dunn

The coastal lifestyle is special to me, as I moved from Pennsylvania to Wilmington in 1993 to attend the University of North Carolina at Wilmington (UNCW), where I majored in Geology & Geography. After graduation I worked for local land surveyors, working closely with REALTORS, builders and developers before becoming a full time REALTOR in 2002. I have seen the real estate market through the ups and downs as a REALTOR, and as someone who has bought and sold several personal properties. I can also connect you with local lenders and insurance agencies with whom many of my clients have depended on for answers supporting their decision making process. My industry designations, including the GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute), the RSPS (Resort & Second Property Specialist) and the ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) designations, better equip me to specialize in your coastal real estate needs. I live at the beach with my husband and two sons. I enjoy reading, painting and riding my bike around the island.
