I’d been interested in beach property for quite some time. When the time to relocate was right, I contacted Kristen and began the search for a coastal home. From our first encounter, Kristen exuded confidence and energy. She assured me that she was detail oriented and - once a decision was made - she would move the process along with expediency. She showed me many properties over a period of about 3 months, patiently listening to me think through pros and cons of each, and never once showing impatience or frustration. We always found something to laugh about. Near the end of my search, Kristen suggested that I look at a home that I had previously ruled out. When I walked in, I knew it was the right place. It met nearly all of my requirements and many preferences. Once there was an agreement to purchase, Kristen worked on my behalf and helped me connect with reliable contractors, banks, and inspectors. She adeptly managed the documents and other details, keeping everything on a planned timeline. By August, I moved in, greeted and congratulated by my fabulous realtor. This couldn’t have been a better experience. I found a wonderful realtor, a perfect beach home and a new friend!
