Prior to entering real estate, Kristy worked in corporate America for 12 years as a Sales Manager for a fortune 500 handling their largest national and international clients. Through her prior career she excelled in building relationships with her clients, negotiation, and customer service. She is thrilled to now be in real estate and applying the skills she learned from her past to her passion of helping others. Kristy is originally from the Atlanta area, and moved to Savannah in 2006 with her husband, Christian, on his job transfer. They came for two years, and have since turned down multiple offers to move back to Atlanta. After falling in love with the low country they decided to make it their permanent home. Kristy graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia with a BBA in International Business - Marketing. Kristy is involved in her church, Wesley Monumental, as well as The Next Generation, a volunteer organization for the local Children’s Hospital at Memorial University Medical Center. Kristy and her husband have two sons and spend their free time boating and enjoying the low country life. Kristy assisted me in finding the perfect home in my solo transition from Virginia to Savannah, August 2020. My original plan to rent was altered to buying a home. I contacted Kristy and she exhibited just as much excitement as I felt. She made me aware of properties that became available prior to my move and during it. I rented a short term apartment to become better acclimated to the city, my new job, and allow me to physically look at properties. She advised me in different aspects of home buying and more in depth, home buying in a sub-tropical climate. Kristy went above and beyond during the actual closing as I could not leave my new job at the drop of a hat. She reached out to me and explained, in depth, each process. Her professional enthusiasm and friendliness made the entire process much easier than it could have been.
