The Gwaltney's local knowledge was very helpful determining the asking price and more than met our expectations on the selling price. They kept us updated on the details on each showing. Larry took the time with us to learn as much as possible about our home to share with clients. The buyers were using a different reality Co., but Larry still spent several hours with the buyers showing the home. My wife and I highly recommend the Gwaltney's to anyone looking to buy a home.

Suzanne and Larry are the best you can ask for in the real estate market. We put offers in on three different properties in the Oriental North Carolina Area and throughout the many difficulties in getting the fair deal between sellers and buyers the were always above board with their honesty and integrity.
