The Gwaltney's local knowledge was very helpful determining the asking price and more than met our expectations on the selling price. They kept us updated on the details on each showing. Larry took the time with us to learn as much as possible about our home to share with clients. The buyers were using a different reality Co., but Larry still spent several hours with the buyers showing the home. My wife and I highly recommend the Gwaltney's to anyone looking to buy a home.

Suzanne and Larry are a remarkable pair. The best realtors are excellent listeners and this is definitely one of their strengths. This, along with their extensive knowledge of the area, meant they were quickly able to identify potential properties. Our time in Oriental was limited so we very much appreciated their efficiency. With their assistance, we soon found our "forever home". From the offer to the closing (and beyond) Larry and Suzanne have smoothed the way. They have continued to be there for us as we settle in our new town. The respect with which they are held is obvious whenever we mention their names to our neighbors and merchants in town.
