About Lars Kier

I have over 10 years of experience successfully buying and selling homes. I represent both home buyers and sellers. I specialize in the New Tampa, Wesley Chapel, Lutz, Zephyrhills, Brandon, Valrico, Riverview, Lithia/Fish Hawk, Westchase, all the beach areas and the South Tampa areas. I have a sold and listed homes from Orlando to Sarasota, so I know a large area of the Florida Real Estate market.  I know the local neighborhoods, schools, and market conditions. 

I'm a full-time real estate agent. I believe anything less and you'd be short changed. You'll have the advantage of personal, one-on-one attention. I will be with you every step of the way. No worry, if I have not experienced it before, I can find someone who has that can help us.  If legal issues, I have a lawyer who I work with.  You have mortgage problems, I know a great mortgage lender.  I am a problem solver.

I am a member of the Greater Tampa Association of REALTORS, the Florida Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS. My training includes specialized real estate courses in Real Estate Practice, Financing, Property Management, Legal Aspects, Real Estate Investments and Short sales and Bank owned Properties. I also receive ongoing and in-depth post-licensing training as well.
