I was Born and raised in Tampa. Met Jeff Bloomer, my amazing husband since 1983, in high school as he too is a native of Tampa. We have two awesome kids, my daughter, Christin Bloomer Fite and my son, Jeff Bloomer, Jr. and 4 amazing grandchildren. God has blessed me tremendously with a very close, loving family.

Initially I started in Real Estate with Sun Cove Realty as a receptionist, I will always be grateful to Eric Green for quickly promoting me through his company, seeing the best in me and pushing me to get my Real Estate License.

I moved to Prudential Tropical Realty for 2 1/2 years where again God blessed me so much in developing a system for property management that made me excel quicker than most, I was presented with awards but the most precious to me was "Fastest Growing Portfolio" in property management.

I was presented with an opportunity to go to Dennis Realty and Investment Corp, they at the time had no property management division. I give all the glory to the Lord as this department grew faster than I could have imagined. I was able to take the platform that I used at Prudential Tropical with my PM Team, and implement the systems on a large scale and it took off. The Department was a success, starting from scratch to over 15 property managers and over 500 properties in just 3 years. It is an amazing feeling to know I was a big part in putting that department together. I can't give God enough praise.
Made a few moves after that trying once again to find my nitch, loving both sales and management..

Now coming full circle, I am back at Sun Cove Realty. Although now Sun Cove has a new owner, I worked with my current broker in the past as well and this just feels like home. Another chance to run the Property Management Division, recruit and train the agents and do sales too... I just love it.
We have all the tools here to do the best Job possible for our Owners and our Tenants, Buyers and Sellers and get back to good old fashioned customer service.
