Laura was extremely easy to work with, her communication was second to none. I live in Pennsylvania and was selling a property in Melbourne Beach, as you can imagine I was expecting some logistic problems, to the contrary it could not have been easier. I believe we listed the property on a Thursday and by Saturday that same week she was holding an open house. Beginning to end the entire process lasted just over two months with Laura doing all the work, it was completely stress free for me. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling in the greater Melbourne FL area. I consider this to have been the best and easiest real estate deal of my life. THANK YOU LAURA!!

Laura was a joy to work to work with. She was personable, knowledgable and available. As this was the first home we were purchasing in Florida and on the beach, she educated on the area and what to be aware of relative to construction and neighborhoods. Laura thought out-of-the-box during negotiations which helped us to obtain the home we were searching for. I would highly recommend her as an agent. I do not believe you could find an agent who knows more about the area than she does.
