Laura is awesome! She knows every little thing in the Arlington VA area. She will tell you what this location means to you, what's around, any development plans in the neighborhood. You want to put your savings to a house that's located in a promising area. So Laura would be your perfect choice. She is also very responsive. Time is money when you want to write a contract and send out your offer, especially when you are interested in a popular listing. Laura can help you set up all the paperwork in a timely manner, she also give you detailed information regarding the comps in the area so you know how to write a competitive and reasonable offer. Laura is an outstanding state professional and I can recommend her without any reservation. During the sales process, she advised us on timing and pricing our listing, assisted in staging the house, marketing and showing the property and obtaining a solid and favorable contract in just four days after the listing went "live". Her performance was amazing and she can serve as an example of the type of agent that you want when dealing with either the purchase or sale of your home. (Yes, she also assisted us when we purchased a home.)

Working with Laura has been wonderful. She is dedicated, professional and responsible. She demonstrated these qualities throughout the process including even post sale when she helped us figure out an issue with our heating. In addition to helping us purchase our beautiful new home in Arlington, she has provided us with extensive advice on selling our homes located out of her region. Laura has worked with me to buy a condo, sell a condo and buy a single family home. Simply put, she is honest, approachable and knowledgable. You won't feel like you're working with a salesperson, instead working with Laura is more like having a trusted advisor by your side.She knows the DC metro area very well. Each of my homes have been on the VA side of DC and I can vouch for her knowledge of Arlington in particular. She understands the neighborhoods, the schools and the potential of each little pocket in Arlington.One thing in particular that I appreciated about working with Laura is that she help us set realistic expectations. e.g. She helped prioritize what is really important to us when selling or buying property. In particular, I appreciated how she went the extra mile for me when a house I was hoping to by (and had a contract on) unexpectedly came off the market.
