If I could give Laurie more than 5 stars I would... Here's a little story I have to tell.My wife and I were searching for houses for the fun of it. We came across one we really liked and Laurie was their realtor (we didn't have one). I was so impressed with her that I said you need to be our eyes and ears on the market.We didn't win the offer we put on that house... We didn't even win the next one. But all good things are for a reason. She showed us an amazing house on our third offer. This place had four other offers on the first day it was listed. Laurie has a knack for negotiating! With her guidance we won our dream home!The story doesn't end here folks... I have a starter home in Richfield I need to get rid of! Laurie bent over backwards to help us sell this home. She literally took a hammer and made the improvements herself. I'm just blown away! From finding me contractors to negotiating prices for work, this gal does it all. Her Assistant Mary is fabulous. My husband and I used Laurie as our purchasing agent and we were incredibly impressed. She was professional, courteous, patient, and determined--and she took the time to get to know us as a couple. She got to know us so well, in fact, that she took our lists of wants and needs, and took us to see some houses that wouldn't necessarily fit our list, but could open up a whole new set of possibilities that would work for our family. She was right on the money! Places we wouldn't have considered turned out to be favorites. And when it came time to jump on an opportunity, she guided us very skillfully through creating the best offer so that, when ours was presented along with three others (one higher and one lower), the sellers picked our offer and we got our dream house.
We were so happy with Laurie's services as a buying agent (and she'd come so highly recommended from trusted friends) that we recommended her to other close friends relocating to the area.
