Laurie Sandoval

I was born and raised in Midwest Northwestern Illinois where I began my real estate career over 20 years ago before I moved here to this beautiful SW Gulf Florida location I now call home.  I have earned the CRS designation - Certified Residential Specialist which is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents and brokers. In addition I hold the GRI designation - Graduate of Realtor Institute. I strive to find creative and equitable solutions to make each transaction come together with a positive result. It is my goal to ultimately fulfill my client’s request throughout the transaction and graciously serve them while creating an exceptional and elevated real estate experience.

For sellers, I implement specific marketing strategies to protect and achieve the targeted sales value of their property. In order to skillfully leverage each property’s visibility, utilizing professionally produced photography together with a custom presentation with visibility on multiple internet sites. When working with buyers, the objective is to identify just the right property that meets their lifestyle requirements. By providing advice and insightful perspective, I can help buyers visualize a home’s potential and brings light to the pros and cons of each property’s features. Regardless of the time and effort it takes, my sole focus is on my client’s ultimate goal of purchasing a home that they will cherish for years.
