Laurie helped us sell our old home and purchase a new home. She gave us great advise about staging our home. Very honest and hard working. I have had the pleasant opportunity to do business with Laurie Ungles. The transactions were handled very professionally. If information was needed, she was willing and able to acquire the necessary information. She listened to the needs of the client and then sought to achieve and satisfy those needs. Laurie not only helped me find the perfect home that fit my families needs, but one that was within the price range I wanted to be at. She is more than a realtor, she knows my children and I as if we are related. She continues to touch base with us and make sure that all is going well. Laurie knows the business and the details necessary for a successful sale for the seller. She knows what is needed to buy a house and the items on a home inspection that need to be addressed in the purchase agreement. She is wise about the desirability of a neighborhood and the desirability of a purchased home for future sale. She is in the business for the business and not just for the money as some realtors seem to be. She is not done when the sale is complete. Laurie follows up to see that the transition is successful and items promised have been completed. You will not go wrong hiring Laurie. I have sold and purchased two houses with Laurie Ungles.
