I often say I’m not in the business of real estate, but in the business of making dreams come true. That doesn’t mean finding houses for a buyer or getting the highest amount of money for the seller. Not exclusively, at least. It’s much more than that: it’s caring for their needs, understanding their anxieties, predicting potential pitfalls and basically looking for ways to make the uncertain process of buying or selling a house not only easier, but more enjoyable. In the end, my goal as a Real Estate Agent is to facilitate things for my clients turning a lengthy and complex transaction into a pleasing memory.
Sure, my marketing abilities come in handy – especially in this ever-changing world with new digital trends popping up daily – but my main strength is my credibility. I’ve been working hard on this asset ever since I got my license. I’m constantly studying the market because when my client asks me something I have to have the correct response at the tip of my tongue. I have not only a fiduciary responsibility to my client but also a moral one. So, transparency is really important in my book because, to me, Real Estate is not only about properties and money. It’s about people. I never take for granted the fact that people are trusting me not with their house or apartment; but their home. I take that responsibility seriously and put on a (fair) fight for them.
Over time I have earned the respect and recognition of this community that I love so much. Together with my family, that’s my most prized possession. A dream come true. Remember I said I was in the business of making dreams come true? Well, I don’t intend on waking up from this one. So you can count on me to make your dream come true because by doing so I'll be living a dream of my own. Let’s dream together!

Larry is the best! We moved from MD back to MI and found Larry through the Zillow app. I cold called him and we hit it off immediately. He lived in the area in which we were looking and we soon found ourselves house hunting. Larry is polite, honest and answers every phone call and email within minutes. Not only did I use Larry for our new 'forever' home, I recommended him to my sister, when she moved to MI from GA. Definitely recommend!

I cant say enough good things about Larry! As a first time home buyer, my fiancee and I were overwhelmed and had no idea where to even start. Larry was responsive, patient and throughout with us when we physically visited nearly 30 houses in a 4 month time span before purchasing our first home. Larry spent countless hours on us, late nights and early mornings. I am a night shift nurse and Larry was always willing to work with my crazy schedule, no matter what time I was able to see a home. Larry impressed everyone in my family, including my dad who has bought and sold realty most of his life. All in all, Larry was beyond what any home buyer could ask for and made our first home buying experience better than ever anticipated.

First of all thank you Larry for all the leg-work and knowledge you provided during our search for a new home. Since this was our first home, we had many questions (many dumb questions), but you answered them with your deep knowledge and quick humor. Very easy to work with and will point out not only the good points, but also points I would have missed in making my decision. Never pushy and always looking out for our best interest. Larry is an incredible real estate agent who kept us informed every step of the process. First, he kept us well informed on what was coming onto the market with regular e-mails and calls, and quickly arranging showings. Once we found a house, Larry did everything he could to help us through our purchase. We are doing an addition, and Larry went above and beyond the call of duty to work with our lender, builder, insurer, and help us get through a challenging process. He kept us informed about our loan better than our lender, helped us find inspectors, and negotiated every last detail with the seller including some repairs that were needed. Due to his strong communication, good negotiation skills, and addition to detail, I would strongly recommend Larry for any buyer looking for a new home.
