Communication is key for me.  I believe there must be a constant accessible open dialogue between my Client and myself.  I understand that the market is volatile and that time is of the essence.  I am truly compassionate and sympathetic to my client's questions and concerns.  If I don't know the answer to something I will seek it out, and I have a great support team in place.  I am a Certified Negotiation Expert and have had extensive training. 

The top 3 things I believe are most important in a real estate transaction are communication, negotiation and knowledge of the market.  I challenge myself daily to continue my training and further my expertise so that I may better service my Client's.
