I enjoyed our experience with her.Lela did a great job with us i would recommend her to anyone she is awesome at her profession.Lela will go above and beyond to make sure her clients are well taken care of and to make the transition as smooth as possible. She loves her job as much as she loves people and it showed in her work,simply the best I can’t emphasize that enough, she’s a great realtor. One would be so lucky to have her.

Lela Latimer is a very honest and knowledgeable individual. Her patience with helping me to find my perfect home was greatly appreciated. She was on top of all new listings as soon as they came on the market. She was great in getting the inspection done in a timely manner and did not mind when I wanted to see the home a few times. The neighborhood is just perfect for me and she made sure that I would be happy here. She actually knew what area I would be happy with. Her knowledge of the real estate market is exceptional. I searched for a house for 18 months with another realtor before working with Lela. Within 6 months I had a beautiful house that met my wants and needs list and came within my budget. Lela is extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the Cherokee County and surrounding areas.

Lela listens to you and works to find those houses that match your specifications. When we finally found my house it was outside of my price range, but Lela was firm that I should place an offer. We did and eventually it was accepted!

I can not stress enough how supportive, helpful, cheerful, and professional Lela is. If I had to buy again I would use her immediately.

I have known Lela Latimer for nearly 20 years. When I first met her she was the agent for the seller of a house I bought. (which happened to be right next door to her own home) As her neighbor we became friends, so I have had the benefit of getting to know Lela very well.
