We starting working with Leo in December 2013. His easy going and relaxed demeanor made him easy to talk and email with. We were looking for a place in or around Portland at a reasonable price. He was great with setting up showings and had many connections in the area which got us into places early and on short notice. We were looking at foreclosures and had a few places under contact and very close to closing before they fell through. He never got frustrated and was always optimistic over the 10 months we worked together. We ended up buying a fabulous place at 30k under the appraisal. He is such a pleasure to work with I recommend him to everyone I know.

Leo was my agent when I decided to move from our family home to a condominium. He showed me many in downtown Portland, until I realized my home town would not give me the amenities I had in our Cumberland home, expecially parking.Leo was very gracious, accommodating and showed much patience as I looked at numerous properties. He searched out condos to my specifications until I found, or I should say Leo found, exactly what I was looking for.I am extremely pleased with what I now have and Leo made it happen.I would and have recommended Leo as an excellent real estate agent.

Leo was always very responsive and efficient in all steps of the buying process for both propertie purchased.

Often times requests for showings involved significant trave and very short notice, but were still consistantly met.

Leo worked hard to market our house. We sold our house within 30 days at 95% of the original asking price .Leo is very easy to work with. He always responds to any question or request very quickly. He doesn't miss a step if your needs change. He has extensive knowledge of the Greater Portland area as well as Southern Maine.

As a first-time home buyer, Leo was a great help in navigating the entire process. He was always very quick to respond to both phone calls and emails. When we found out that the tenant occupying the home would not be moving out until after the scheduled closing date, Leo quickly helped to negotiate a new closing date, alleviating a lot of stress and keeping both parties happy.
