Obtained Realtor License February 2011. Experience with real estate began in November of 1995 with training as a real property acquisition and relocation specialist per HUD’s Uniform Relocation Act (URA) guidelines. Attended numerous classes related to real property acquisition and development to include; Affordable Housing Development, Low-Income Tax Credits, Lead Based Paint Project Designer and Project Feasibility Analysis among others. Coordinated the acquisition of more than 400 properties for the City of Savannah’s Urban Revitalization Plans.
