Lewis recently helped my husband and me purchase a home in Rockville and it was a wonderful experience. He is very familiar with Montgomery County and was able to answer all of our questions. Lewis was responsive to our emails and able to work with our schedules to show us all of the houses we were interested in. We were first time home buyers and he was very patient and helpful as he walked us through the entire process of putting in offers, choosing a mortgage company and a home inspector, and finally closing on our house. We always felt confident that he was giving us good advice and we never felt that he was trying to sell us on something we weren't interested in. Finally, Lewis is a master electrician and generally very knowledgeable about home construction and we found this very helpful as we walked through different houses with him.

We first met Lewis when we were looking for remodeling advice - wondering if what we had in mind could be recouped in an eventual sale. Lewis was very personable and gave us some really good insight. So 3 yrs. later when we decided to relocate we reached out to Lewis who expertly handled our listing including staging, marketing, pricing and negotiations. Throughout the process he was always personable and available to us. He was very accommodating to any issues that arose and helped us show the house in the best light.

When it came to sell, rather than re-rent our house, it simply didn't occur to us turn to anyone other than Lewis Temple and DKG. Local knowledge? Lewis and Donna have lived a couple of blocks away in Indian Springs for over ten years now. Process Expertise? Lewis has been mentor and agent in finding 4 well-selected tenants and maximizing our return . He turned this expertise on a dime when we decided to sell. Same spectacular result. Lewis is a relaxed and low-key guy who deftly works with his clients to formulate realistic sales objectives and then turns his market knowledge to finding buyer prospects who will meet them. Backed up by an organization with superb sales support imagery and materials, Lewis easily and smoothly separates the serious buyers from the lookers and then (I guess because I don't watch) works to attach the most serious to the maximum return. He did it time and again when we rented and he has just done it again with the sale. You want the best? Call Lewis & DKG.

Lewis sold our house for over asking price in 8 days. His suggestions for improvements, pricing, staging and advertising were absolutely perfect. Although de-cluttering and fixing up our home of 38 years was a nightmare, once Lewis got involved, our nightmare was over. He was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him.

Lewis is a true pro, extremely knowledgeable about all the things to look for when touring a house. He’s a master electrician so he spots those issues in a heartbeat, but he notices a tree leaning a bit too close to the roof, windows that are energy drains, “deferred maintenance” issues, and on and on. Lewis helped us understand all the pages and attachments of the contract, using a dummy write-up for a property we already knew we were not going to actually bid on. This ensures that when we actually had a live bidding package to review, we knew exactly where to look to spot the elements we had discussed that would help put our bid over the top in a competitive market. Do you understand the relative value of a rent-back agreement? How about whether or not to force an inspection contingency? Are you mentally and financially prepared for an escalation? Are you willing to forgive some potential maintenance issues in order to reduce the pressure on the seller and make them like your offer over the pickier one?Lewis talks you through each of these and others that creep up, doing his utmost best to make your bid a winner without putting you out of pocket more than absolutely necessary. That’s all well and good and maybe pretty normal, though not in my limited experience. But Lewis did all those things for us, during the week in the evening when weekends got busy, and on short notice when must-see listings popped up. He took our calls after our offer was ratified to help us understand the financing document. And he did it during the panic of the early days of Corona 2020!! I’m sure he will be over with his toolbox when the crisis ends to help us with our punch list!!

Lewis was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to buying a home. He took all our wants/needs (and of course budget) and found houses that worked for us. He worked with our schedule, and was very understanding of the time constraints having a 1 year old tag-along. Lewis helped us pursue the house of our dreams, even after it was taken off the market for repairs. He followed up with not only the listing agent, but also the company that performed the repairs to ensure that we were getting the whole story. We would highly recommend Lewis, and Donna KERR Group Real Estate Services for your next home.

Lewis and his group, including designer Jen Clark, do an excellent job. They're incredibly responsive, and I have no doubt that the impressive staging and professional photography they provide helps move properties quickly. Lewis helped me sell a condo, which had been the first property I'd ever owned. I was happy with the sale price, and the buyer seemed as excited as I'd been before her to buy the place. All around, it was a great experience as a seller.

Our experience with Lewis is the best experience we have ever had with a realtor, hands down. His local knowledge (Silver Spring, MD and environs) is unparalleled including post-purchase information like lawn care, tree trimming, plumbing - you name the issue, Lewis knows a reputable person/business to take care of it. Lewis' eye for detail is impeccable and he is capable of pointing out pros/cons of a home that you would have never even noticed. With cons, he is quick to suggest any of a number of solutions (with ball park cost) including potential DIY. Lewis is quite personable - I very much enjoyed our "between house" conversations in the car. We didn't negotiate our offer but Lewis did provide a number of suggestions to strengthen our offer which in the end led to acceptance. Lewis efficiently and swiftly guided us through the home buying process (we closed 21 days after our offer was accepted) and he graciously fielded our barrage of questions along the way. We never felt lost along the way or that anything had gone unanswered. We would highly recommend Lewis as a buyer's agent.

As first time home buyers, we were .... to be honest .... clueless. Lewis made what was initially an incredibly intimidating process an easy one. Hands on, honest, and respectful of our needs and wants, he helped us make a dream come true. Lewis' recommendations - from financing support to contractors - was spot on. His first-hand knowledge of the neighborhoods we searched invaluable. And, his patience, gentle guidance, and sense of humor were critical to our success. In short: Lewis is the best.

Lewis is da bomb!! This is my second real estate transaction with him and he has always been extremely efficient and attentive. I have come up with some crazy deals that require some jumping through hoops but he never misses a beat. His sense of humor definitely helps!
