Her willingness to help is her biggest asset. We made (4) trips from Connecticut to Cape Coral, Fl. looking for our vacation home. We've used Lilo 2 times to sell homes & once to help us buy a lot. She's always there when you need her to answer any questions you have. Selling a home is not a fun process but Lilo helps make it as easy as possible with REASONABLE suggestions to make your home more attractive to buyers & patiently walking you through the entire process. We've moved out of the area, but if we were ever to come back, Lilo is the only realtor I'd call.

I would definitely recommend Lilo Clacher for any Real Estate services. I am a former real estate professional, so I was very picky with who I chose. I did not know her, as I was from Michigan, and I feel I chose very well. Lilo knows her stuff! I felt that Lilo had knowledge way beyond any realtor that I have ever known or worked with.

We had had our home on the market with another Realtor with no success then changed to Lilo. She immediately reviewed our property advised us on necessary fixes needed, took care of everything with us being in NC. After completion of her recommended fixes our home sold in a couple weeks. I found Lilo to be one of the easiest Realtor's I have ever worked with. I would highly recommend her.

We were wanting to purchase a home on a wide canal in the Cape Coral area. Lilo was very knowledgeable of the area and she always had at least 4 homes for us to look at each day. She was very patient with us showing us homes for several weeks. Lilo would always give us the pros and cons on each home. We finally purchased a home and she guided us through all the steps of the purchase. She also provided us with the names of reputable outside contractors to take care of the pool, yard, pest control, etc. We were so impressed with her expertise we asked her help in selling our condo. She did an outstanding job of staging our condo and we were able to sell it in a short period of time. We have recommended her to several of our friends and would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and honest realtor.

We were recommended to Lilo by a friend that had relocated to Cape Coral a few years ago. He was spot on. She had worked tirelessly helping us find our perfect retirement home. We are difficult customers to say the least. We expected perfection and that's what Lilo delivered. We looked at dozens of homes but none met our criteria. Lilo never complained or showed any annoyance with our requests. She was always available, from morning to night. We had issues with an unscrupulous realtor from another realty company, but Lilo stepped in and found us another home. Lilo made this chnge much easier for us. She is also very knowledgeable about the better local stores and quaility home maintenance services that also helped us a lot. Lilo Clacher is wonderful to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable, very responsive, and willing to help in every way possible. She provided a list of properties that met our requirements and then ran down the answers to all the questions we had.
