I have lived in Florida for over 20 years and was first licensed in Orlando in 1996, before the internet was the 'go-to' source for homebuyers. I moved to Tampa in 1999 and my two teenage sons took precedence over my real estate career. The erratic schedule of an agent is difficult to juggle at times. I got my Masters degree and taught high school math instead. But I missed real estate so a few years ago I got my license in Pinellas County and returned to the work I love.

As a former ‘corporate wife’ I have bought and sold thirteen homes through many moves. And since have bought and sold five more in the Tampa Bay area. I know what it's like to be a buyer and a seller from firsthand experience. I strive to give each client the individual attention I would expect, and to treat each client as I would wish to be treated. I do not use "staff" because I want to insure that things are done right. I will take you through the entire process from finding the home through inspection through Closing.

I specialize in luxury homes, one of a kind, waterfront property, and light commercial.

I have a Masters degree in Education from University of South Florida. As I find the time, I have a few hobbies I enjoy. I am an American Orchid Society judge and time permitting travel throughout Florida as well as internationally in that capacity. I enjoy interior design, decorating, and art and music in general.
