I messaged Lin through the Zillow interface and received a personal phone call and e-mail within 15 minutes. She was very accommodating to my schedule and able to view several houses I had already scoped out in preliminary searches. She maintained a very thorough MLS search based on my preferences and kept me in the loop on any properties I was interested in upon initial viewing. Lin was very knowledgeable about trends and histories in the St. Pete area which allowed me to make informed decisions about locations and specific housing conditions (she helped me avoid a property with sink hole damage and *questionable* seller's disclosure, for instance). When I found the home I decided to purchase she was instrumental in keeping contact with my lender, title company/attorneys, and seller representatives. I really didn't have to do much myself because Lin kept the ball rolling...it made my life much easier. I'll be working with Lin in the future for sure. Thanks Lin!

Lin has been a terrific realtor to work with. We listed my parent’s condo in Gulfport. We live in Toledo, OH. Lin went out of her way to even out bumpy roads with property management companies, the condo board of directors rules, and others—Lin did the leg work to make everything work out. She is very responsive, dependable, and very willing to go the extra mile to help.
