About Linda Brand


In 1997 Linda R. Brand, formed Brand & Associates, Inc., Linda is a licensed Real Estate Broker; a graduate of the Realtor Institute, Certified Residential Specialist, Certified International Property Specialist as well as a Community Association Manager and a Notary Public in the state of Florida.

Linda's previous experience includes working in the Business Development Department of a large Bank; working for many years for a German speaking Immigration and Real Estate Attorney. Linda is fluent in the German language.

Linda has been awarded the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (TM)(CRS) designation by the Council or Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors®.

Realtors® who received the CRS(TM) designation have completed advanced courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. Only 35,000 realtors nationwide have earned the credential.
Home buyers and sellers can be assured that the CRS(TM) designees subscribe to the strict "Realtor Code of Ethics," they also have access to the latest technology and are specialist in helping clients maximize profits and minimize cost when buying or selling a home. Linda has also completed the real estate industry's most comprehensive new home sales course and earned a national designation as a Certified New Home Specialist, with this designation, she has joined a group of the most successful and highly respected individuals in the profession of real estate. The Certified New Home Specialist course is recognized as one of the very best offered in real estate today, with curriculum covering architectural design and planning, blueprint reading, topography, building site design, evaluating quality construction, materials, methods, construction terminology and scheduling. Linda also studied successful buyer/builder relations, all aspects of customer service and the use of various organizational tools and systems. Linda will be able to do a much better job of assisting anyone interested in a brand new or existing home. Linda has also completed her certification as a Certified International Property Specialist(TM) (CIPS), which allows her clients to tap into the lucrative immigrant market in the Naples area. This designation is only awarded to 2% of all realtors in the world. Foreign investment in U.S. real estate has increased exponentially over the last few years, as investors capitalize on the stable U.S. real estate market. Linda has represented many European, German, Spanish and English clients with their real estate transactions. Linda has completed courses in the Resort and Second Home Markets, and in 1993 she formed German Services, Inc her affiliate property management company. With one of German Service's programs, absentee home ownership is "hassle free."
