Kathy is so sweet and was so responsive to phone calls and text messages. We met at the first showing and she told me she had something I would love. Sure enough, the second house she showed me I purchased. I hope you’ll give Kathy a chance to work as hard for you as she did for me!

This was the first house, that I have ever purchased .Kathy was really helpful guiding me through the process. She is very knowledgeablein real estate .She is a person of great character . The carpet in the master bedroom was supposed to be replaced before closing ,but was not...Kathy paid for the carpet out of her own pocket ; because the other party did not do what they said they were going to do. Through the numerous phone calls and txt she always was there for me..Thanks Kathy !

Kathy was the answer to our prayers! We were so reluctant to even venture and look for a new home, but Kathy was with us every step of the way! She took time to know us, our likes, our dislikes. We had a rough time with one of the lenders that we decided to use, and she fought for us the whole way! She is so personable and a great realtor. In 10 more years, we will be seeking Kathy again!

Kathy is patient, no pressure and very reliable to work with. Kathy is extremely knowledgeable of Athens and surrounding areas. If I found a house on Zillow or other sites I gave her the information and very quickly she would have an appointment set to show the property. She will make you feel like you are a priority to her.

I feel lucky that Kathy was able to help us find a home in Athens. She worked hard to find different listings so that we could pick the house that best matched what we wanted and not have to settle for anything less. For example, Kathy would find houses that had just been listed that very day and then set up a time for us to go and tour the property. Kathy’s number one priority was always finding a home that we would be completely happy with. On a number of house tours Kathy was the first one to point out flaws/drawbacks. Kathy values customer relationships and satisfaction above all else, she would rather spend the extra time finding the perfect home than risk having someone rushed into a decision they might later regret. In the end we found several houses that matched what we were looking for and ended up closing on our favorite one, even though there were multiple buyers who were also interested. I would recommend Kathy to anyone who is looking for help buying or selling home.
