Linda Carrig has been a Realtor® for several years and is a co-founder owner of All Mountain Realty. She has lots of experience living and playing in the North Georgia Mountains, having purchased her home in Big Canoe® and actively participating in the surrounding communities.
Linda was involved in Property management for twenty five years before moving over to the Real Estate Sales part of the business. She is well versed in 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, Income Property and First Time Home Buying. She especially enjoys helping families preserve their real estate gains and having those assets work for the them. Having come from an Air Force family, and then marrying a Naval Officer, Linda knows much about the trials and excitement of relocating both on the departing and arrival sides of a move. She strives to make all Real Estate transaction as simple as possible throughout North Georgia.

Linda is a great real estate agent. She was very patient with us as it took us a couple of years to find what we were looking for. She was always willing to show us the properties we wanted to see and usually had several others that were similar. She also did a great job of negotiating the price on the property that we purchased so we were able to buy the home we wanted in an area where we want to live at the price we were looking for. I highly recommend Linda to anyone looking for property in Big Canoe or the surrounding area.

Linda is one of the hardest working agents I have come across. She goes above and beyond what is asked of her. She makes suggestions and alternatives even though they may not be to her benefit just to make sure her clients get the home or investment of their dreams. She has given me excellent advise for both pricing my property to sell and in looking at some unexpected places to find the right location for my new farm property. I will definitely use her again and recommend her to my firends and family who have real estate needs in northwest Georgia.

Linda sent me listing for about a year while I was in Texas. I moved too Georgia in August, and she starting showing me listing. I was very pleased with her in every aspect.
