Linda was a pleasure to work with. She was super helpful throughout the process, had a consultative approach and made sure that she listened deeply to find us the right properties to consider. She was very approachable, communicative, flexible, and patient as we discussed and debated our choices. I couldn't have asked her to do anything more for us. If there was anything to be done, she was already on top of it. My wife and I loved working with her and will work with her again for our future real estate needs. I have worked with Linda on a number of real estate matters over the years. She provides exceptional service, is professional, responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and ALWAYS goes the extra mile for her clients. Linda traveled out of county, overnight, on two separate occasions to show me properties in which I had an interest. She responds almost immediately to my calls and texts at all hours of the day and night - I don’t know how she does all of the things that she does for her clients. I have never encountered a more hardworking and conscientious realtor anywhere up or down the east coast. I wouldn’t even consider working with anyone else! From the initial phone call to the final settlement, Linda made everything about this experience smooth and pain-free. Her schedule was very flexible for all of the times we needed to meet in person, and she responded immediately to text messages and emails for all other communication. Linda knows the area and the market and was able to get us a great price for the house. She also got in front of and averted a potentially difficult situation (thank you). After selling our previous home in just 2 days, Linda worked very hard to find us our current home, which was just what we were looking for. We listed our home with Linda Cawley, not really knowing what to expect. We were immediately impressed with Linda's confidence and her knowledge of the real estate market that we were in at the time. That confidence reduced the stress that we and every seller feels when they decide to sell a home that they have come to love over the years. Linda held open houses back to back days on the weekend resulting in multiple offers. She presented the offers that Monday evening at which time we signed an agreement for more than asking price. From that point forward Linda handled the many different and sometimes confusing aspects of the transaction all the way to closing without a hitch. Along the way we found her suggestions to be strategic and thoughtful. We felt that with her our best interests always came first.
