Linda Cooley helped me find the home that is perfect for me. After looking at just a few homes she knew just what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect home. Once we went to look at a home and before we unlocked the front door she said this home is not for you, you will not like this location and she was absolutely right. She is excellent at making suggestions on how to change or fix things in a home in an affordable way.

I would recommend Linda as well as her husband Bob to anybody looking to purchase a home.

Linda and Bob Cooley are total professionals that truly want you to find your perfect home. They patiently and willingly for months showed me condo after condo, until the perfect condo for me came on the market. I have already recommended them to friends, who are just as satisfied with Linda and Bob Cooley. I will continue to recommend them without any reservations.

Bob & Linda make a great tag team.

They ran the gauntlet for us with a very difficult seller and seller agent.

Without their help the deal would have never gone through.

They worked persistently through a very difficult transaction made more complex by me being overseas traveling through most of the period.

They rose to the challenge and overcame all of the obstacles.

Not only did Linda help me to purchase this house 3 years ago, she also helped me to sell it when we relocated to Chicago. I cannot express how amazing Linda is! She goes above and beyond to get you the best price for your home and lets you know if there are any changes you can make to get a higher price. We are now working on buying a house in Chicago and the process has been very stressful, if only she worked here too! We realize how lucky we were to have such a great realtor that helped us sell our house for a great price and to the first people that toured it!

Professional, personable, customer-oriented, knowledgeable. I would not buy a home without her. I recommend her to everyone I know. She is a reminder that there's nothing like having a great real estate agent by your side, especially in a market as crazy as this one. I emailed her one afternoon over Zillow and she's been a part of our process ever since.

It was a pleasure to work with Bob and Linda. They were always professional and helped us out in so many ways that were above and beyond the scope of a real estate agents job duties. Linda was an excellent agent who kept up with the many details of my purchase. She was prompt in trying to get items taken care of in a very complicated negotiation. She went above and beyond to make sure that I understood all parts of all contracts and addendums needed throughout the negotiations and closing. Would recommend her to anyone looking for houses to buy.
