I began my career in Real Estate in Saint Petersburg, FL. with Century 21 then my son Robert and his wife Sylvia were opening an office in Parkland, FL., they asked me to move to South Florida, and help them I sold my home and moved to South Florida, In moving here the market was changing in 2006, values dropped, foreclosure was inevitable, then short sales were becoming the alternative to foreclosure, I learned everything I could about this market went to Texas, for 5 STAR convention took the 5 classes required for graduation on foreclosure and short sale went to the Conferences to meet with banks and was approve my office as Default Certified. Now market is changed again more difficult then ever in South Florida. Real Estate is always changing and we need to change with it, I stay on the pulse by doing BPO ( Broker Price Opinions) this helps realtors to see what is happening in the market and to stay knowledgeable in values.
I am qualified as a Broker to give accurate value to owners that are selling and to buyers purchasing. Rental market is different and has become more expensive and difficult to be approved.
I have moved to Cocoa, Florida resuming my real estate career.
