Linda was great to work with. I was on a time crunch and she went above and beyond finding listings and scheduling showings during non-open house times. She was always available to answer all my questions and get me the help I needed. I was not expecting Linda to personally help me move some of my items into my new home after my closing today (9 June 2021) to ease my move. Highly recommend.

Linda James is a great realtor to work with. I worked with her previously and decided to work with her again. I had a one bedroom condo that was tough to sell, but Linda got it done. She guided me through every step. First, she came over and did a walk-through of the property and made recommendations of things to get fixed and spruced up so that it would show well. She even arranged a general contractor to come with her so that I could get estimates on the spot. Not only was that a time saver for me but it also helped me understand how much I may have to spend in preparing my condo for sale. There was no pressure on what had to be fixed, everything was up to me and my budget. Once the condo was in the best shape possible, she used her materials to stage the condo and scheduled a photographer to take flattering pictures. She thoroughly researched the area to find ample comps so that it was priced correctly. Ms. James marketed the condo and it got lots of traffic during several open houses. It was under contract in less than 30 days. Throughout the entire process Ms. James made herself available to answer any questions I had. Another timesaver that I really appreciated was her use of convenient and modern methods to streamline paperwork, such as digital signatures which I could easily access from my mobile phone or my desk at work. Finally, she worked with the buyer’s agent and the title company to make the closing process a breeze. I would recommend Linda James for anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent properties.
