Linda was a lifesaver when I decided to move from Salt Lake City, Utah back home to Pensacola Florida to be with my family. I was overwhelmed and did not know where to start. Linda immediately hooked me up with a Keller Williams agent in Utah who listed and showed my house so professionally that I received 8 offers the first day on the market. Linda kept in contact throughout the move, keeping me up to date on available properties in Pensacola. Once home, I found my dream house in Pensacola, and, once again, Linda made the process virtually stress free. I could have never done this without Linda, and I am forever grateful.

Big thanks to Linda for assisting me with the sale of my elder Mom's house. The whole process went as planned, the house sold in a week for just a hair off of our asking price. There were issues that cropped up but Linda kept us informed and then took care of them.

Thirty years ago I worked as a receptionist in an office that Linda was an agent in so I knew her great character from way back. I've traveled and purchased and sold a few homes and now live in TN so when I started looking for a condo on Pensacola Beach, I contacted Linda and have not regretted it one bit! She is the complete package! Linda is professional, yet fun and friendly and a hard worker and listens well. We had trouble finding a place and our window was closing in on securing a place on the beach so when we found a listing we liked, Linda jumped right in and made it happen. She kept in contact with us, calmed our concerns when needed and quickly got info when needed. She was always available when we had questions, and we were confident all along in her knowledge of the area, and she was extremely competent in the tons of paperwork needed. We will actually miss her, but are looking forward to sharing a glass of wine with her on the patio of our condo she worked so hard to help us acquire! We would definately recommend Linda Kirtz as an excellent agent.

When we needed to sell our home quickly because we were moving out-of-state, Linda very efficiently helped us accomplish the sale in a timely manner. She was extremely helpful and accommodating, answering all our questions. She worked with us remotely, and we weren't even required to make the long trip back to our old hometown. She handled everything electronically! I would highly recommend Linda if you need to sell your home quickly!

Had a very smooth and quick process buying a home with Linda.
