I started working with Linda when my husband and I were looking to sell and purchase a home. We found Linda on Zillow and contacted her to look at a property and right away we noticed she was the realtor for us. Linda was very honest, personable and professional. When we listed our house Linda gave us an estimate more than I was expecting it to be and I doubted that she could sell it for that price boy was I wrong. She had it under contract in 3 days. This process went very smoothly. Linda helped my husband and I find a house as well and in one day we looked at 20 houses! When we finally found the house we loved Linda was great in negotiations dealing with an unrealistic sellers realtor. She went way above and beyond many times for us. I would highly recommend Linda to anyone in this area as she is the best realtor we have ever dealt with.

Linda was very personable with my wife and I. Linda really took the time to learn what our needs where, what our likes and dislikes where before she researched homes for us to see. Bottom line she didn't waste our time looking at houses "in bulk" and didn't try to ram a bunch down our throats.this being the 4th house we have bought,; it has been the easiest and most pleasant experience.In addition, we didn't just sign away and she was gone. she has regularly checked in with us to make sure our move went smoothly and if she could help in anyway.we were in what i believed an unrealistic time crunch to find our dream home and Linda make the miracle happen. We owe her a huge debt of gratitude.

The bank I was getting my loan through messed up the loan big time and I had to find funding in a different manner Linda came through and gave me contacts in which I secured funding in 5 days which saved our house from going back on the market. If it was not for Linda we would have never gotten this deal done and as a local business owner I was very impressed with her and will be recommending her to anyone and everyone that needs a Realtor. LINDA Was very accommodating I live in NJ and would fly down only giving Linda a day or two notice she would always get the showings I wanted to see and she knew the Tampa area very well I would recommend her to anyone that is thinking of buying a house in Florida

Linda and I communicated via email for about a year after I found her online by viewing homes on her website. During this time, I was able to give her a good idea of what type of home I was going to be in the market to buy, my price range, etc. She made it clear she would be ready to proceed when I was. When that time came, we met at the first property we looked at and she had the the entire day's itinerary planned out. She had a copy of each listing from the MLS printed out for me and all the destinations plugged into her GPS. Linda is very professional, thorough, honest, and trustworthy. It's clear she knows her business, does it well, and is focused on results and getting the job done. On top of that, she was very pleasant to be around and spend the day with. After an extensive search and once I found a property, it was very clear she was there to advocate on my behalf. She did an excellent job communicating with my lender, the title company, and the seller's agent. My mortgage banker specifically remarked how diligent she was and how hard she was working on my behalf. She helped broaden my understanding of many things that came up along the way and was able to subtly steer me in the right direction when the path seemed a bit unclear. She even recommended an outstanding inspector that she has worked with for years who I was very impressed with. As I told Linda, if I ever find myself in the real estate market again, I'll reach out to her without hesitation. And since she did such a great job helping me find and buy what turned out to be the perfect home for me, I also highly recommend her to anyone else who is looking for a Realtor.
