Linda McDonald has been in the real estate business for over 12 years, starting with owning a real estate construction company where her company spear-headed the renovation of distressed properties. She became every knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of making these distressed properties once again beautiful and livable. Linda has vast experience in assisting her clients in selling, buying and leasing residential and commercial properties. She has engineered complicated transactions that successfully closed to the satisfaction of all parties.

Her passion is to assist individuals in attaining healthy and safe living environments and believes that everybody that has the desire has the right to live in such an environment. Linda has helped many of her client's achieve home-ownership that may not have had the opportunity to previously achieve, as well as investors who have vast real estate holdings and wish to increase their holdings.

Her commitment to diligently work hard to assist all of her clients' real estate needs has proven in that most of them have become repeat clients as well as a strong referral base. She continues to remain in touch and to keep abreast of the real estate market in order to help her clients make informed decisions. Over the years, Linda has built a good relationship with other members of the real estate industry and can assist in those other areas that her clients need help with.
