About Linda Sue Schmitz

Thank You for stopping in. I love meeting new people. I have been in the real estate business for many many years. I think you can tell by my gray hair, lol. I started my real estate career in the suburbs of Chicago. I also continued real estate in Las Vegas, NV when my husband was retired out of AT&T & off we went to a warm climate for ten years. I came to Houston, TX in 2004 after visiting her for over 30 years to be with family. I started out with just as much enthusiasm as I did back in 1989. I will be with you every step of the way, from our first meeting till you get your keys at the close escrow. I will give you 110% of me with all my years of experience. I will explain our Texas market and each step of the way. Lets meet and get started in your search or sale of your home.  Thanks again for reading all about me, I look forward to hearing from you.
