Linda helped my wife and I buy a house and sell a house. She is by far the best agent I have ever worked with. We were given many different quotes on possibke seling price and they were all lower than we wanted linda came and gave us an amazibg quote and we sold it for that much. She ensures you are taken care of no matter whether you are the buyer or seller. Hands down amazing. I will.be working with her again if given the chance.

From the moment my wife and I met her, she made feel comfortable! She listened and took our situation into account. Being first time buyers she was amazing with this process. I would recommend her all day any day ! Such an amazing person !

Upon meeting with Linda she stated she would provide services that were never rendered. She stated she would put up large professional signage & create brochures as well as hold open houses and do a caravan. Once we signed our agreement for both of our homes she put a small sign which she repeatedly said she would replace once her new signs arrived and never did. She never did any of the other things mentioned either. I took the pictures of the home because she asked me too, she also used pictures from the previous agent who listed this home as opposed to doing it herself or hiring someone. She also stated she would schedule appointments in advance and she did not. Linda would call last minute to tell me there was a showing and many times agents showed up unannounced and said they had an appointment and I had no knowledge. We also agreed a 5 percent commission with her because she was listing two of our homes as well as utilizing her for the purchase of our next home. She criticized me once I told her it was not working out that she took a "discount" although, I consulted with several agencies and it was said it was customary for an agent to do 5% over 6% when taking multiple listings from the same client. I also do not understand why did she agree to be our agent if she was unsatissfied with commission from listing two homes and purchasing one. She demonstrated her work ethic was dishonest and unprofessional. She also stated I was not serious about selling my home because I was unwilling to take the offers given to me within one week of listing when we specifically emphasized to her upon signing her on as our agent that if we don't receive a certain price point for our homes we do not want to sell. We made it VERY clear from the beginning. I'm very taken back by her behavior and would imagine if your looking for an agent who will follow through with their commitment as well as look out for your best interest do not choose her as your agent. When offers came in she would verbally negotiate them but once they finally came through on paper it was not what she stated verbally. This happened 3 times. She also would put a lot of pressure on us to accept offers we were uncomfortable with and do to such circumstances we ultimately had to let her go.
