About Linda Wells

Certainly have watched the Raleigh area change dramatically since moving here 30 years
ago. I grew up in Jamestown NC (having been born in Grand Rapids Mich.) and have to
admit to being a "southerner at heart" if not by birth. Spent fours years at ECU and then
followed my love of the outdoors and adventure by spending twenty years in the travel and
airline industry. Ready to explore closer to home turned my energies into Real Estate in
1998 with another firm ™ obtaining my Broker™s license in 2004 ™ and joining Pointe Realty Group in 2008. Having renovated a 100+ year old farm house, updated a two story
Georgian home ITB, and now living in a stone cottage in Cary ™ along with hundreds of
other real estate experiences ™ has made me realize that right now in my life ™ I am
doing exactly what I want to be doing!!

Risks And Rewards Of Selling Your Home Without A Realtor

Risks And Rewards Of Selling Your Home Without A Realtor

From the perspective of a home buyer, the position of a real estate agent can seem unjustified in its existence. On the face of it, it seems utterly preposterous; why not just sell your home without a ...
