My husband and I worked with Linda Zimmer because my sister had previously used her to sell and buy her new home and she was very pleased with Linda. We felt good going with someone that was referred to us and to know she took great care of my sisters needs. My husband and I were very impressed with Linda as well. She did a fantastic job for us. She worked very hard to get our home sold and worked with us and others to make sure all went smoothly. When I decided to sell my Union City home last month, I was advised to call Linda Zimmer who had been dominating home sales in the Bay Area for awhile, and after working with Linda and Scott, I found out why that's the case. Even though I was already pretty confident in Linda, I didn't know what to expect when I first met her. I really appreciated her low-key, low-pressure approach. She was well prepared, and provided a thorough analysis of my home and its potential in the market. Her knowledge of the local market is outstanding. Every aspect of the transaction - the timing of the sale, the marketing strategy, and the communications - was outstanding. I didn’t have a number of home improvements prior to the first open house, and Linda was able to recommend several contractors that helped me get everything completed on time, and for a reasonable price. Linda handled most of the coordination during the sale, and she did an amazing job. My home sold quickly too - I had an offer after the third open house. While I was surprised I only had one offer, it was a very strong offer – just below my asking price. I would strongly recommend Linda and Scott - I really enjoyed working with them.

Of the many things I appreciated working with Linda, a few stand out: - She was my advocate. Linda demonstrated a deep focus on my best interest. The advice she provided, extra effort put in, care taken and an appreciation for a schedule; Linda was always on top of things. - Very responsive and available. Despite my somewhat odd schedule/availability, I could always contact and reach Linda. She kept me up to date and made herself available anytime I needed her. - A wonderful person. It was easy to get to know Linda and natural to share about myself and learn about her. Someone who takes the time to get to know you is best postured to represent you. That's Linda.Linda is a master of her craft and a caring and nice person. I would recommend her to anybody I cared about because I'd know they would be in good hands.

As first-time buyers, we could not have asked for more in our agent. Linda went so above and beyond to make sure we understood everything clearly, was always available when we had questions or concerns and was such a comforting, efficient and competent presence throughout the complicated process. She knows the area so well and did not take long to understand exactly what we valued (and did not value) in our search. You truly get the sense that she is on your side and looking out for your interests. After hearing so many nightmare stories of frustration from friends and family with the home-buying process and specifically with their agents, I feel like we found the most incredible agent in the area. When I thanked her for being so awesome, she stated that she was "here to clear the minefield"...and she did just that. Whenever something frustrating came up, she was there to help guide us through and ease our concerns. Truly a fantastic professional that I will recommend highly, and hopefully work with again someday.

Linda was our agent in March when we sold our house in Gilroy. We had a lot of stress at the time because we were also moving cross country, and having Linda there to help us out really made things easier. She was there for every inspection and appraisal, even if we couldn't be. She gave us solid suggestions for things we could do to help our house sell, and helped us locate good, reliable service companies when needed, She kept us well informed throughout the entire process, and even followed up with us after the sale closed to make sure everything continued the go ok and that we didn't have any additional questions. I've purchased and sold 5 homes in my life and Linda was by far the best agent we've ever worked with. She's very professional, knowledgeable, collaborative, responsive and organized.
