Lisa was a pleasure to work with. She worked with my schedule when I was out in SC visiting and was able to fit in multiple site visits. Then when I came back, she narrowed the search down to homes that had what I like and wanted in my next house. Lisa always had a smile on her face and I felt comfortable contacting her with any question(s) that I had with always a quick response. My wife and I enjoyed our experience with Lisa and we would do it all over again with her.

Lisa is fantastic! She helped us navigate the process of buying our first home and it was the perfect home for us. The process was easy and she applied absolutely zero pressure on us which made the entire buying experience enjoyable. Fast forward three years later and she helped us list the same home which was under contract in less than 24 hours and at a sales price above asking. It’s all the little things like communication, being present and on location when she doesn’t have to be and of course the lasting relationship that she develops with her clients that made us go back to her for repeat business. If you choose to go a direction other than Lisa you will be missing out on the most enjoyable real estate experience of your life!

I am an Atty from Long island. when we decided to "retire" to SC, we (well, my wife) had a list of "must haves". We have bought and sold many homes and used many different realtors. Lisa Briganti is by far the best we’ve used. At the time we placed our townhouse on the market, the real estate market was changing to a buyer’s market and interest rates were rapidly rising. Lisa did several open houses, worked on different strategies, and diligently followed up with the buyer’s agent. We found Lisa professional, friendly, and readily available. Even after the closing, she continued to help us. We recommend her highly.

Wow! We truly cannot use enough wonderful adjectives to describe our experience with Lisa. Lisa Briganti is an incredible realtor and if you are serious about buying a house, SHE is the realtor you want. My husband and I drove back and forth from Charlotte for at least a month in search of the right house. The market is tough right now but Lisa didn't waiver. She was up for any showings she could book and always had time for us. Sometimes she would have to step away for an hour or so to go to a closing and then we would pick up where we left off. She was always quick to respond and always available for questions. We gave this home search everything we had and so did Lisa. As first time homebuyers in a brand new area Lisa was a godsend. If we ever decide to move/sell, she will be the first one we call.

Very professional. Lisa knows how to win the contracts in this crazy real estate market. After working with another agent with no luck with 6 offers we decided to get a new realtor. So glad we did, it only took showing us one house and being able to know how to write the winning offer with multiple offers coming in. Chris was very helpful also while Lisa was out of town.

Lisa helped my mother who was moving out of her home after 50+ years. Lisa was outstanding! Very knowledgeable about and understanding of the emotions and physical work involved in the preparation, sale and move. She gave great preparation and pricing advice and helped generate multiple offers in the first weekend of showing. Lisa made it as easy, right up to the closing.
