About Lisa Cogdill

I was born and raised in western NC, where my primary residence is today. I also have a home on Douglas Lake in TN. I know the importance of listening to my clients to assure smooth transactions, whether it is a buyer or seller client.

I am known to be honest, professional, adaptive and hard working. It is imperative for me to continually doing educational classes to be an asset to my clients. In addition to yearly updates, I have taken the SPS, Strategic Pricing Specialist; ABR, Accredited Buyer's Representative; SRES, Seniors Real Estate Specialist; and Home Staging Master.

As my client, you are my priority. Making your Realty Dreams a Reality! Your goals become mine. My personal demeanor makes everyone feel comfortable. Selling or Buying can be exhausting and very time consuming. That is why it is important to have a Realtor on your side that is involved and loves what they do. I love real estate and the clients I help. As your agent, it is my goal to make the process of buying or selling, a smooth transaction. Clients become life long friends in most cases.

Personally, I enjoy the lake, water skiing, just lounging on the water, scuba diving, reading suspense and true story novels. Recently I took the motorcycle safety riding course and starting riding my Harley and enjoying the back roads in the area. Tony, my husband of 33 years, and I have three children and two grandchildren. We can't forget the two grand-pups and one grand-cat.
