I was born and raised in western NC, where my primary residence is today. I also have a home on Douglas Lake in TN. I know the importance of listening to my clients to assure smooth transactions, whether it is a buyer or seller client.
I am known to be honest, professional, adaptive and hard working. It is imperative for me to continually doing educational classes to be an asset to my clients. In addition to yearly updates, I have taken the SPS, Strategic Pricing Specialist; ABR, Accredited Buyer's Representative; SRES, Seniors Real Estate Specialist; and Home Staging Master.

Personally, I enjoy the lake, water skiing, just lounging on the water, scuba diving, reading suspense and true story novels. Recently I took the motorcycle safety riding course and starting riding my Harley and enjoying the back roads in the area. Tony, my husband of 33 years, and I have three children and two grandchildren. We can't forget the two grand-pups and one grand-cat.

Lisa is a very friendly and easy person to talk to. Her greatest strength is that then she gets the job done. She is highly organized and sticks to her deadlines and meeting with clients on time. She has no problem meeting with you and showing you as many houses as you like! She is not pushy or try to interject her ideas, rather she takes you around and allows you to make your own decision. Lisa was really helpful with helping us to find a house here in Tennessee, we are from Michigan and didn't know a whole lot about the real estate market here, but she made it so easy for us. We were looking for a home in Sevier County, she brought up the White Pine area and found us a perfect house over there that suited us better than we could have found where we started looking. She is very helpful with this whole process and helped it be a stress less transition . Lisa went to great lengths to find homes for us and to answer any questions we had! Nothing was to big or small for her, she was always there for us.

My husband and I had some unusual requirements, so it took us a while to find the right house. However, Lisa had infinite patience and was always happy to take us on another "road trip"! Because she understood what we were looking for, and we lived out of town, she was able to do a lot of pre-screening for us, which saved us a tremendous amount of time. When we finally found "our" house, Lisa shepherded us through the entire process and quickly got us any information we requested -- we honestly could not have done it without her. I can't imagine how anyone could be more professional or pleasant to work with!

From the moment we first contacted Lisa, we were confident in our choice. We knew nothing of the house buying process and it seems she did all of the work for us. She was always eager to help. Lisa drove us all around the world (it seemed)! We looked at countless houses (some twice) across four counties. She wrote us four offers and never showed any disappointment when we changed our mind or when the offer was declined. Lisa always knew how to get us in contact with lawyers, inspectors, and any other professional that we needed. We had a blast with her and we will be forever grateful for all she has done for us.

We listed our home for sale with Lisa earlier this year. She listened to our wishes and concerns. She had a professional photographer take pictures for the listing website. Excellent knowledge about both buying and selling. Lisa knows the area and market. Kept us updated during the process and information was provided in a timely manner.
