Lisa began her real estate career in 2007 and attributes her success in real estate to her philosophy of “Southern Hospitality, with a little Direction along the way”. Lisa takes pleasure in helping her customers by creating relationships built on trust and personal service that last far beyond the closing table. After graduating from Florida State University with a degree in Hospitality Administration, Lisa went to work at TOPS’L Beach & Racquet Resort. Over the next 12 years, Lisa worked as an Owner Relations Manager and was the liaison between the homeowners and the rental company. This day to day personal interaction with the homeowners easily prepared her for the transition in to real estate where Lisa believes it is all about the “relationship”. Lisa and her husband Kevin are true “locals” and were lucky enough to grow up on the sandy white beaches of the Emerald Coast and have watched it change from a quiet little fishing village, to the vacation destination it has become today. They are proud parents to son Taylor, and reside in Santa Rosa Beach. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys cheering Taylor on at all his sporting events, spending time with family and friends, tennis, yoga, reading, and going to the beach. Lisa believes in and lives by a quote from Sir Winston Churchill ~ “You make a LIVING by what you GET, you make a LIFE by what you GIVE”. It is her personal and professional goal to help every one of her customers find their piece of paradise where can not only Live the dream, they can OWN it!
