We met Lisa three years ago when we first moved to this area and she helped us to find a rental home. When we were ready to buy this past spring we contacted her again. Over the last 2 years, Lisa has assisted us with finding tenants to rent our house, and then the sale of that house after the lease ended, and the purchase of another home. She is a skilled expert in her field and also has numerous connections in the area, all of which have been excellent to work with. Having her level of knowledge available during these stressful life transitions makes a huge difference in the process, and she was always happy to communicate in whichever way was most convenient for us at the time.

Lisa did a fantastic job helping us to sell our house in Brookfield during the COVID pandemic. She is very experienced, knowledgeable, and sensitive to all the challenges faced by sellers and buyers. Her help began with coaching us in getting our house and yard ready to be put on the market - what to put money into (and what not to spend) for the house to be most appealing to buyers. When the house was ready to be listed, she wrote a concise and excellent listing description illustrated with beautiful photos. She showed the house nearly 30 times, and we were able to sell the house at a price substantially above our asking price. When unforeseen events forced our first buyers to withdraw, Lisa quickly re-listed the house and found a buyer to purchase the house at the same price on the same closing schedule! Lisa is an excellent communicator to sellers, buyers, mortgage brokers, and attorneys and her follow-through left nothing to chance. We would highly recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling a home!

Lisa was incredibly helpful to us. We were first time homebuyers and she explained everything in detail and answered every single question we had in detail very promptly. She gave us resources about our new area (like where to buy pellets, which grocery stores are nearby, which restaurants to try, which school programs are around) and was truly insightful about the community. She clearly had the expertise to help us navigate the home buying process, even during unprecedented pandemic times. She kept our priorities in mind and advocated for us. Lisa really went above and beyond and I can’t recommend her enough!
