She is certainly a credit to RE/MAX and to your office. This particular home was nowhere near her biggest listing. It was a very difficult piece of property to sell in a very difficult market. We encountered numerous issues, such as a leaking underground fuel tank, major structural defects, and offerors not being able to obtain financing. Lisa personally worked through all the issues. She arranged for contractors, dealt with the NJDEP, and worked with the financing companies to try to qualify buyers.
